Who We Are

The Chavez Group is a Boston-based government relations and strategic communications consulting firm led and managed by leaders of color each with over 20 years of expertise in national and local political organizing, strategic and crisis communications, and community engagement. Our team has a rich history of work as top aides for city, state, and federal public officials and agencies, and careers in the private and nonprofit sectors.

We’re proud to have created a public affairs agency in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts that is founded and run by all executive-level professionals of color. The Chavez Group offers specialized services to many of our top public and private industries, with an added focus of helping organizations reach the growing communities and influencers of color.
